The Bear Gallery (ursa minor) reception for the Lost and Found Show will be Tuesday 5-7 pm February 22nd, not the 21st as previously scheduled. (Due to the school being closed on President's Day).
Collaborative Collage and Potluck:
The Lost and Found reception will feature an opportunity to collaborate on collage projects. Bring in found objects, old magazines, newspapers, etc. We will provide workspace, tools, and materials. Afterwards, the work will be hung up on one wall as part of the show! Food for the reception is potluck style. Cook anything you desire and bring it to the opening. Share some creativity and some favorite recipes!
The call for work is still open! The Bear Gallery is looking for work to be submitted by February 16th; the show will focus on artwork including found objects. This show will be juried by the Bear Gallery Staff and one faculty member. Please drop work off in Len's office or in the Bear Gallery. The reception will be held February 21st.
Work must be gallery ready; this includes being dry, being fixed, being ready to be hung, appropriately labeled, etc. If desired, specific hanging instructions should be given.
